Dashboard Setup

Setting up the web dashboard, API keys, and Discord login.

SupportBot comes with a web dashboard for viewing ticket transcripts, managing settings, and viewing live logs.

## Enabling the Dashboard

Open `Configs/api.yml` and enable the API:

```yaml
API:
  Enabled: true
  Port: 25575
  SecretKey: "CHANGE_THIS_TO_A_RANDOM_KEY"
  TrustProxy: false # Set to true if behind Nginx or Cloudflare
```

## Admin Login

You can set static login credentials in `Configs/api.yml`:

```yaml
Auth:
  LocalAuth: true
  AdminUsername: "admin"
  AdminPassword: "YourSecurePasswordHere"
```

## Discord OAuth2 (Optional)

To let your staff sign in with their Discord accounts:

1. In the [Discord Developer Portal](https://discord.com/developers/applications), open your app and go to **OAuth2**.
2. Add your redirect URI: `https://yourdomain.com/auth/discord/callback` (or `http://localhost:25575/auth/discord/callback` for local testing).
3. Copy your **Client ID** and **Client Secret**.
4. Add them to `Configs/api.yml`:

```yaml
OAuth2:
  Enabled: true
  ClientId: "YOUR_CLIENT_ID"
  ClientSecret: "YOUR_CLIENT_SECRET"
  CallbackURL: "https://yourdomain.com/auth/discord/callback"
```

## Reverse Proxy (Nginx)

If hosting on a Linux VPS behind Nginx, set `TrustProxy: true` in `api.yml` and use this proxy configuration:

```nginx
server {
    server_name supportbot.yourdomain.com;
location / {
        proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:25575;
        proxy_http_version 1.1;
        proxy_set_header Upgrade $http_upgrade;
        proxy_set_header Connection 'upgrade';
        proxy_set_header Host $host;
        proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
    }
}
```
